The developer is not responsible for damage caused by, or loss of data stored on, the hardware or infrastructure running this application (including local servers such as XAMPP installations), whether that damage or loss is due to hardware failure, power loss, misconfiguration, or any other cause.

Certificates, scores, and results generated by this platform reflect performance on quizzes configured within this application only. They are not issued, endorsed, or recognized by any licensing body, educational institution, or regulator unless a specific arrangement says otherwise, and should not be treated as an official qualification on their own.
